The ideal candidate will assist the in the implementation and management of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. You will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a range of ‘Girl Friday’ experiences in offices and enjoys jumping into different tasks.


  • The Administration of pre and post course activities, including Attendance Registers, Results letters, Summary of Feedback Forms, Updating Training Material on SharePoint.
  • Ordering of Office Supplies.
  • Travel organisation and bookings for trainers.
  • Packing and shipment of training materials.
  • Assisting learners to join Webinar training sessions.
  • Minute taking and the allocation of tasks and planning of follow up meetings.
  • Become the administrator of the Quality Management System.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Proficiency in Virtual meeting platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Typing 30 – 40 words per minute – this will be tested.
  • Problem solve.
